What Patch Pay connects to, and what it does there.
For each connection: what is read, what is written, and whether a new company can switch it on today. Your own admin makes each connection and can remove it.
| Connection | Reads | Writes | Today |
|---|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online | Suppliers, the chart of accounts, tax codes and open bills. | Bills, with coding and the document attached. Credit notes as vendor credits. New suppliers when you create one from an invoice. | Available |
| Revolut Business | Accounts, counterparties and the drafts waiting to be sent. | Payment drafts only. Permission to pay is never requested, so a person sends every draft in Revolut. | Available Each company registers its own API certificate in its own Revolut Business account. |
| Email, by forwarding address | Mail sent to an address issued to one company: the attachment, or an invoice link to an allowlisted host. | Nothing is sent back to the supplier. | Available Give the address to suppliers, or forward to it from an inbox you already use. |
| Gmail | A connected invoice mailbox, inbox only. | Labels on the mail it has taken in. The posting packet and notifications are sent from that mailbox. | By arrangement A direct mailbox connection is not self-service yet. The forwarding address needs no connection. |
| Slack | Who pressed a button on a card, matched to a named approver. | Approval cards with Approve and Reject, and a daily worklist, as direct messages. | By arrangement One Slack workspace per installation today. Email and the app carry the same work without it. |
| Claude connector | A company’s invoices, their coding and their documents, for a signed-in member, through Claude. | Nothing. The connector has no tool that approves, posts, drafts or pays. | Available Off for every company until its admin switches it on. |
| Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | Purchase orders, receipts, posted invoices and payments, for a prepayment ledger and a nightly check. | Nothing. | Private testing In private testing with one company. Not available to new companies. |
| Fortnox | Nothing yet. | Nothing yet. | In build Being built. Not available to any company. |
One page says what is connected.
Settings shows every connection as a name, a state and one line: what it is doing now, or what to do next. A connection that stops answering says so there, and on the screens that depend on it. It never reads as an empty list.
Credentials belong to the company that entered them. One company’s QuickBooks, Revolut or mailbox is never used for another, including inside the same group.
